Ingredients

       Granola: 

1/2 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup unsweetened destroyed coconut
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. genuine salt
1/4 cup maple syrup
1 tbsp. coconut oil
2 tbsp. molasses
1/2 tbsp. dark colored sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Smoothie:
2 mugs cut solidified bananas
3 Tbsp. The Bee's Knees Peanut Butter
1/2 container Bob's Red Mill Organic Old Fashioned Oats
1 5.3 oz. compartment Greek yogurt
1 tsp. nectar
1/4 - 1/2 container milk
Garnishes: cut strawberries cut bananas, granola 


Procedures

Preheat broiler to 325 degrees.Line a vast preparing sheet with material paper. Put aside.
In medium bowl join oats, sunflower seeds, coconut, cinnamon and salt.
